April 25th, 2004 : A Perfect Circle in Detroit...

This is one of the BEST concerts i've ever been to. well, also probably is one of my favoriteST band in the WORLD! the opening acts were MINI KISS(little midgets portraying KISS) and a new band, Burning BRides. Burning Brides was err..how should i put it? sucky!!! haha.. Mini Kiss was a little hilarious. hahah
Having only 2 albums to their name(APC), did not expect their set to be long. truth indeed, it was only an hour. Started with Vanishing(2nd album, 13th Step) followed by Pet; the only noisy song in the 2nd album. The stage was remarkable of course. being A Perfect Circle, they are well-known for their showmanship. Probably the influences by Tool. Couldn't take any pics as cameras were banned. however, i dont think the Concert was sold-out. but the venue was bigger than the Slipknot one. it was held in a Basketball stadium. but i'd definitely pick APC to Slipknot ANYTIME!!! hahah... ah well...

those were the highlights of my weekend after Finals. hhhmm.. hahaha.. but, im down with the flu now. ughhhh.. dammit... and am supposed to go up to Milwaukee to get my car in the next few days... oh well... let's see how...
